This page is a general template for South Metro Lead Gen (southmetroleadgen.com). It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a signed proposal. Have Minnesota counsel review it before launch.

The service

South Metro Lead Gen, operated by Kyle Smith, builds one-page lead websites, follow-up systems, and optional ads management for small businesses. We do not rebuild a client’s existing website. We do not sell home services to consumers. Using this website does not create a client relationship. Paid work starts only when both sides agree.

Who may use the site

The site is for business operators. You must be able to form a contract under United States law. Do not use the contact form to request home services for your own house.

Estimates and proposals

Package names on this website describe standard services. Listed prices are setup plus monthly. Ad spend is separate. Scope, timing, payment schedule, ads budget, and any refunds are confirmed when you check out or in a written agreement. If a signed proposal and these terms conflict, the signed proposal controls.

Existing websites

We do not repair, troubleshoot, redesign, maintain, or modify a client’s existing website. If that site is not effective, the work is a new one-page lead website — not a patch on the old one.

Advertising

If you buy Full-Service Growth, any Google Ads spend is billed by Google to you. It is not included in our management fee. We do not pay for your ads.

No guarantee of jobs or revenue

We do not promise leads, customers, revenue, ROI, or job count. Results depend on your market, weather, crew, pricing, and how you run estimates. Quotes on this marketing site are illustrative and are not a promise of jobs, revenue, or close rate.

Payment terms

Packages may be paid through Stripe Payment Links. Card details go to Stripe, not to this website. We do not ask you to email a full card number. Scope of work can still be confirmed in a written proposal.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, pause, and refund rules are determined in the signed proposal for that project or monthly service. Monthly follow-up can be stopped according to the notice period in the proposal. Work already delivered is generally not refundable unless the proposal says otherwise.

Intellectual property

This website — copy, layout, and mark — is owned by South Metro Lead Gen. You may not copy it as a competing offer. Custom site work we build for you: ownership and license are spelled out in the proposal (typically you own the finished customer-facing site after invoices are paid; we retain our tools, snippets, and methods). You must have rights to photos, logos, and reviews you send us to use.

Third-party services

Follow-up systems may use carriers, SMS platforms, form tools, call tracking, hosting, or review platforms. Those vendors have their own terms. We are not those vendors. This website does not itself send automated SMS or place tracked calls.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, for required licenses in your trade, for TCPA and similar consent on your own outbound messages, and for how your staff uses the systems after handoff.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Minnesota law, South Metro Lead Gen is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost leads, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. Some limits may not apply where the law does not allow them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes arising from this website or a proposal is the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless the signed proposal names a different venue.

Updates

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the public website after an update means you accept the new version for website use. Existing signed proposals are not rewritten by a website update unless both sides agree.
