This page is a general template for South Metro Lead Gen (southmetroleadgen.com). It is not legal advice. Have Minnesota counsel review it before you treat it as a live policy.

Who we are

South Metro Lead Gen is a service for small businesses, operated by Kyle Smith. We help owners in the south Twin Cities, Minnesota with new one-page lead websites, forms, and optional follow-up. We do not rebuild a client’s existing website. We do not sell home services to consumers.

What this site collects

Package buttons open Stripe checkout. We do not collect a name or company form before payment. The mid-page “Tell us what you want built” form still sends company and email to us so we can follow up. We do not store card numbers on southmetroleadgen.com. Stripe processes the card.

The bottom contact form opens a draft email to kyle@southmetroleadgen.com with the fields you entered. Those details are not stored by this website unless you actually send the email.

Typical fields:

• Name and business name
• Email
• Optional phone number
• City
• What you need, plus optional notes

If you email, call, or text us directly, we keep what we need to reply to that request.

Phone numbers and consent

A phone number is optional. If you provide one and check the consent box, you agree that South Metro Lead Gen may call or text you about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help. This website does not operate an automated SMS program by itself.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set its own marketing cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies to show ads and measure them. The host or browser may keep ordinary technical data needed to serve the page.

Ads

This site uses Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-7179136896649723) to show ads. Google may collect device and usage data and use cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy. You can manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Analytics

We do not run a separate analytics product (like Google Analytics) on this site as of the date above. AdSense may still collect data as described above.

Payments

Paid packages start with a short form on this site (name, company, work email). Then you proceed to Stripe checkout. Stripe processes the payment. We do not store card numbers on southmetroleadgen.com. After you pay, Stripe shows a confirmation. We email you from kyle@southmetroleadgen.com. Look out for that.

When you pay, Stripe collects the card or bank details needed to charge you, under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that you paid (for example your name, email, and which package), not your full card number.

PayPal is not connected on this site today. If we add it later, this policy will say so.

Service providers

The site may be hosted by a web host or CDN. Email you send goes through your email provider and ours. The inbound booking form emails kyle@southmetroleadgen.com. Stripe is our payment processor for packages bought on this site. Google AdSense serves ads. A Grok automation may receive the same form details so we can follow up faster.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form data to advertise to homeowners.

Retention and security

Email and proposal records are kept as long as needed to do the work, meet legal or tax duties, or resolve a dispute, then deleted or archived. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.

Minnesota / United States audience

We serve businesses in Minnesota and elsewhere in the United States. If you are in a state with additional privacy rights (including, where they apply, rights to know, delete, or correct), email kyle@southmetroleadgen.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right the law actually gives you.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

We may change this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
